Thanks to the deep evaluation of the biochemistry o four organism and its further optimization, I got the conclusion that our organism works “Meal to Meal” and not on a daily basis as many people think. This allowed me to simplify the program.
To slim we must eat in every meal between 5 a 10 g of Glucose Equivalents.
The consequence is that we must eat before we are hunger, approximately every three hours.
